In-person (lecture) presenters are given 20 minutes per presentation which is 15 minutes for slide presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A session.
Presenters may use the following template if necessary.
Please advise if you wish to have a tall table for a laptop or a regular rectangular table for seating. Ensure the laptop or equipment battery can support at least 1.5h of use before needing charging.
Display of posters and demos are from Jan. 6th to 8th, inclusive.
Be present for Jan. 8th between 13:00 to 15:20 PST specifically. However, feel free to schedule yourself for those interested in discussing with you outside this time. Template for Poster/Demo is free format.
Materials available (confirmation was made through emails until Dec. 16) :
(i) [192 cm by 256 cm] presentation board; (provided)
(ii) stand-up table; (upon request, depending on availability)
(iii) seating table; (upon request, depending on availability )
(iv) chairs – identify the quantity needed. (upon request, depending on availability )
The following guideline is for virtual presenters only (for those who are not able to come and had contacted us in advance previously).
1. Record your sessions based on In-Person Presentations above.
2. Please ensure the audio and video quality is very good.
3. Upload to EDAS by December 26 . Our TPC will review and request a resubmission if the presentation video is of inadequate quality.
